CARET Software Developer interview questions

I applied for software developer position in september 2020. After 2 weeks, I had a Call with HR. After that I had another video interview with hiring team and then a technical challenge. This whole process took more than a month. Since then I have not heard from them regarding the hiring decision. I followed up with HR 3 times. She replied on 2 occasions that hiring team is extremely busy. That was such a lame excuse of ignoring candidates. They are literally wasting time of candidates. They have no regards or empathy for people applying for positions at this truly unprofessional organization. I would recommend anyone applying here for any roles not to apply as its a total disappointment and even if you get the offer, this unprofessional behaviour would mean things would be even more complicated once you are working with them.
