Was contacted twice about two interviewing for two different positions. The first time, the recruiter who set up my in person interview scheduled for the wrong day. When I brought it to her attention she changed the date, but the person who conducted my interview told me I was “added at the last minute” when I was *supposed* to be scheduled a week in advance. The interview then lasted 7 minutes, and I was asked two questions “tell me about yourself” and “where do you live?” After that horrendous experience, I contacted the same recruiter and expressed how that left a bad taste in my mouth, but I still wanted to work for Carvana. She then told me she would put me in contact with a different recruiter because she still believed I would be a great fit for Carvana. The second recruiter did contact me for my availability for a phone/zoom interview and then GHOSTED me after giving my availability. AVOID this company at all cost, they are extremely disorganized and do not care about prospective candidates at all.
