Three interviews.
First was with a recruiter for all the basics via phone (this was ok)
Second with a manager in person on site (seemed nice, we seemed like we would work well together etc)
The third with two gentlemen from corporate. It took over a week to schedule because of conflicts on their end. In all honesty one of the guys seemed fine but the other appeared as if I was bothering him and an inconvenience to his schedule/time. Their interview questions also had me stumbling because Im a nervous test taker / interviewee and they asked something like "tell me about a time you did or overcame ..."x". "
I've been working for almost 20 years. I don't keep track of my wins and losses. I literally hate that question. Another question was about how people may misjudge or a misconception about you. I go to work do my job and go home. I don't think about what others think of me. And quite honestly I am upfront and honest from day 1 about the type of person I am so there is no need for misconception.
The last thing that bothered me was the fact that both interview 1 and 2 stated that the typical work day was 8-4, 9- 5 and there could be some Saturdays.
When I sought confirmation in the corporate setting that stated that there is no set schedule. All hours vary and weekends too.
Seems like noone really knows what's needed in this company.
