I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CBCInnovis (Columbus, OH)
Interview
I discussed my education and personal background with the department manager. He listed off and briefly described the applications and services his department employees tested and supported. I returned for a group interview, apparently to help the manager see how I would interact with some of his employees. It didn't seem to matter to the manager, or the company, what my skillset was.

Question 1
I was mainly asked about my personal and education background.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CBCInnovis (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
I would not recommend eating your time with these people. They are extremely pushy and will pay you well below the average salary. I went through 2 phone interviews and an in person interview. They only care about technical experience with their specific technologies. It seemed like they were just looking for someone to push buttons. Dealing with an IT staffing company made communication extremely difficult and everything was misleading.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CBCInnovis (Columbus, OH) in Oct 2017
Interview
Consisted of (2) rounds of interviews with six different people. Applied via staffing company. IT Team cares more about cultural fit than what the candidate knows out of the box, which is good.
Interview questions were more behavioral/organizational/soft-skill focused rather than knowledge-focused. I informed CBC that my credit was less than perfect, and included more information- CBC acknowledged however dragged my through (2) weeks of waiting (including a second panel interview) for absolutely no reason when they were informed of credit issues in advance.
You're only as good as your credit at CBCInnovis. I will never, ever apply here again, even when my credit issues are fixed and I'm back at 700+. #ElitistCulture
