      It was a good interview they asked good questions based on the job working environment they asked about the difference between empathy and sympathy asked about transport and being able to be on time for work if you were able to remain calm under pressure.

      I interviewed at CCI Call Centres (Umhlanga Rocks)

      Interview

      First, you will check in at reception and complete basic computer tests that measure your typing speed and English grammar skills. If you pass those, you will do a short role-play scenario where a recruiter pretends to be a customer to see how clearly you speak and how well you handle pressure. Finally, you will have a one-on-one interview with a manager to discuss your background and your flexibility for shift work, after which successful candidates undergo a standard criminal and credit background check before receiving a job offer.
