Interview
Easy interview process as there are so many positions open due to not having a CBA (the chancellor will not agree to one) there hasn't been a new one in 2 years and there have been no increases to pay rates in two years, or overload in more than that.
It was a group interview, and they took turns answering general questions for about 30 minutes. Nothing out of the ordinary that surprised me. It was a very positive experience. They were professional and easy to talk to.
