Interview
I made it through two rounds of interviews and then I met the president of the company. The entire experience was so exciting and I looked forward to being a part of it. When it came time to receive a call to formally accept the position it never happened yet I was still receiving emails about how I never answered. It was so odd to see how easy it was to communicate via email and so difficult via phone call. A few months later they contacted me asking if I was still interested in the position, which I was, and the same issue occurred. The phone call never happened, but email communication was immediate. The entire process was confusing and disappointing.
