Lengthy and structured, using the "Top Grading" process. Buy the book and follow its guidelines if you really want to work there. The interview process will take at least a half day, maybe more. The Top Grading process described in the book is pretty much followed to a "t" and if you really go through the book and think through - and write out in advance - your answers, it will go much better for you.
