Interview
1- interview with the corporate manager ( duration 30 minutes: basic questions, easy)
2- interview with corporate associates ( duration 40 minutes)
3- response was in one week ( unfavorable)
The interview process started with online interview with HR department. Then an analytical exam was also online. Then there was a verbal final interview. You need to pass all the phases to get into the company.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CEMS
Interview
The application process was structured in three interviews à 20 minutes with different CEMS coordinators/administrators. All three interviewer were kind and friendly, yet professional.
The first interview was mainly about my experience, my personality and my dedication to the CEMS program.
The second interview targeted my willingness and wish/urge to work in a very international and demanding atmosphere. Furthermore the interviewer focused on my interest to live and work with different cultures and people that might not speak the same language or even live far away from the places I already lived in.
The third and last interview tried to assess my social abilities and interest in society and environment as well as my integrity.

Your grades (in the first and second semester of your bachelor) are far away from being outstanding. However we want outstanding, intelligent students with remarkable results, so why should we choose you?

Why are you especially applying for the CEMS MIM?
What would you say if you get a job offer over ten years in a country (e.g. China) that language you might not speak and which culture is significantly different to yours? Why do you think would you be get along in such a different environment?
Why did you choose these universities (your bread choice) for your semester abroad and not ... (South America, China, Australia....)?
There are many other outstanding students that match all requirements, just as you. Why should we choose you?
Why do you think CEMS also has cooperations with social partners?
