I went through an extensive interview process involving multiple rounds (5 in total), including discussions with senior stakeholders. While the interviews themselves were structured and relevant, the overall candidate experience was disappointing.
After completing the final round, there was no communication from the company for several weeks, despite multiple follow-ups. A simple update or closure would have been appreciated, especially after the time and effort invested throughout the process.
Interview processes reflect a company’s culture. Timely communication and respect for candidates’ time are basic expectations, particularly at this level.
