Interview process was thorough. Received initial call from a Talent Acquisition Specialist who conducted a phone pre-screening where she provided me with the basics of the position. After confirming my interest, I interviewed with two Recruiters days later. The interview went well, so they scheduled me to meet with the Department Manager. As promised, I heard back from Talent Acquisition within a few days with a job offer. Employer is very selective and has reason. I did not feel intimidated at all. My impression is that Talent Acquisition scout candidates who align with the company's core value, team dynamics, and do their research.
