Phone call from talent acquisition to set first interview with talent acquisition where you review your resume and discuss how your skills help make you a fit. They told me that my resume wasn’t what they normally pick (sad). But I passed luckily. If you do well there you get invited to do an interview day with other applicants where you meet with a series of directors/managers, ending with an interview with your direct supervisor. Mine wanted to get to know me and how I would fit the culture, and to ask why I left my last position. I was also asked how I deal giving and receiving feedback and other standard interview questions. Also FWIW my impression was that they do want to you be hungry and money driven for the sales roles but also to care equally about the mission and helping people too.

The interview process was a great experience altogether. The TA recruiter was very informative and I was able to speak with two leaders. The process after that was quick and everyone was very helpful to get me onboarded right away. AMAZING culture here and support!
