CIA interview questions

I received a phone call to set up an interview! Is this normal? I worked for fema and I’ve sent so many applications through USAJobs and I’m always contacted through email. Is it normal to be contacted on my person phone number? I have a phone interview on a Saturday.

There may be slight variations depending on the type of analysis you are applying to work on but overall they are looking for critical thinking skills and the ability to clearly express yourself.
