Through a known contact at CIMA+. Very friendly. Had two informal inteviews. One at a nearby pub, and about a month later at the CIMA+ offices. The interviews were both very friendly, clearly a group of close co-workers.

Question 1
Asked if I was interested in joining a growing team, if I knew people that could come, and whether I knew client contacts that could be brought to CIMA.
