CIO Partners interview questions

Contacted by CIO Partners via LinkedIn to setup phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 20 minutes with the recruiter doing most of the talking. Was told that this job would require taking a personality test as well as filling out some role-specific questions and that I would be sent links to these ASAP. Never heard back.

The process began with an initial call from a recruiter about a job posted, followed by a 20 minute phone screen. After this, they sent me a personality test to ensure good cultural fit. Then there were two rounds of in-person interviews with the senior leadership. I received an offer a couple days later.
