Jeff from human resources explained the job, the pay, the uniform, the shift times, the shuttle process, asked for a picture, asked for my email, and sent the hire packet and application later that night.

Long Application no Interview. This is a red flag to a bad company. If you are hired on the spot then watch out for why no one else wants to work there. Talk to the employees first and check out the on line complaints and lawsuits former employees have against the company. Beware!
