First round was with an HR employee, brief conversation about experiences and skills, and then a few job specific questions. Heard back a few days later to set up a technical interview with the controller the position would be reporting to. Set that up, but then was told it needed to be rescheduled, so it took place roughly two weeks after my initial interview. This interview was close to an hour long and very conversational and felt it went well. I was excited about the role and was told I’d hear back by the end of the week if they wanted to continue on. Got an email a little over a week later to set up another interview, this time with the controller and the CFO. This interview was about thirty minutes long and felt redundant, but certain things he would hone in on that didn’t seem important or related to the job, and he wasn’t nearly as personable as the HR rep or the controller. Near the end they said I would hear back soon. I followed up with a thank you email a few days later, then weeks and weeks went by and I heard nothing. The whole three round interview process took over a month, and then to be completely ghosted after all of that felt incredibly disrespectful and a waste of my time. If you’re going to put people through so many rounds of interviews, at least have the courtesy to send a simple email saying you are going with another candidate.

What is something you do now that you enjoy and want to continue doing, and some things you would like to do more of or learn to do.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at CIVIE (Pune) in Jul 2023
Interview
I had interviewed for Pune office. The first round was a screening round in which HR interrogates you as to why you want to join this organisation. Very inappropriately. She wants you to convince her for every questions What do you expect? Why do you expect? We will decide everything once we interview you and judge you for your expertise. Are you ok with this? I asked her why didnt this conclude on a phone call. And she answered to check if i have any questions. I asked her about teams, projects what stack will be used to which she replied this will be decided after interview process. She was stating the obvious. And then She literally interrogated me as if shes hiring a soldier and wants me to promise extreme commitment for the organisation. She didnt speak softly as a HR should. And will raise voice on you. I was waiting for a technical interview but had to face this interaction twice. The consultants reaching out to me also wasnt in sync with the recruiters. The field in which Collaberative minds work was something in alignment with my profile. I had experience in medical domain. I was more inclined to get on board here. But was extremely discouraged to continue after this experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at CIVIE (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Passed the preliminary phone call interview and moved forward to the technical interview. Scheduled the second interview twice only to have it canceled twice with no explanation/reasoning. Unfortunately, there was no way to contact anyone from the interview process.
