Basic salary expectations, qualification and job roles and responsibilities related questions Add Answer CL Educate Interview Preparation Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The interview process was smooth got selected but when it came to the last HR round for salary negotiation, I must say it was the worst experience ever it was done by hr named sumanpreet she was extremely ride and was shouting saying cl educate is a very big company you don't know how big companies work. she offered an x amount during negotiations and then when asked for an official mail regarding the same the ctc amount which she later showed after discussing with her so called management was far less than what they initially offered . When confronted for the same she started shouting and screaming saying " phaile waala offer bhool jaao ab yahi hai " justified by saying company's work culture is amazing which she was portraying very angryly and was screaming. When I later agreed for the same offer and asked her to share it over mail she denied it saying we give offer letter after you submit your documents and join, which is very odd. Worst experience so far CL educate being a good company such behaviour from your hr management is unacceptable. They don't share anything on mail that is offical channel they just talk to you over phone. Do improve on this and stop wasting candidates time if you don't have the budgets to spend.
