Very easy. They are looking for the people that have the soft skills mixed with the technical skills to succeed. two 30 minute interviews back to back one with a lower level associate and one with a principal. Everyone is extremely respectful.

Interview
As someone who hasn't had any experience in accounting, this was honestly a lot easier of an interviewing process than I expected! I had a 30 minute Teams meeting with the recruiter, and a couple weeks later an hour long interview with two directors of the company. Really easy to talk to and pretty generic questions, and they were all about my previous experience and skillset (so nothing technical). The whole process spanned about a month.

Smooth Interview Process, Good Questions Asked. The interview was more conversational than expected. Be calm during the interview and be prepared to ask questions. Don't be nervous. Make eye contact and a firm handshake.
