Thank you for sharing your experience. We want to clarify that we do not misrepresent compensation during our hiring process. The structure of the role, including pay, is explained in detail throughout each stage so that every candidate has a clear understanding before making a decision.
During the interview process, a base salary is not mentioned, as candidates are given two clearly defined options:
a) a bi-weekly draw plus commissions, or
b) a higher percentage on commissions with weekly bonuses.
Additionally, we offer every candidate the opportunity for an additional interview with a hiring manager to discuss compensation, expectations, and any other questions prior to making a final decision.
On the first day of orientation, we review the pay structure again in full detail while completing onboarding paperwork to ensure full understanding and transparency.
We understand that merit-based opportunities are not for everyone, but we remain committed to clarity, fairness, and supporting each candidate and team member throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
