I only talked to HR and then a Director in the team and I was disappointed with Director interview. The person didn't turn on their camera for a zoom interview which I found totally bizarre, uncomfortable, insight that the person didn't even care and shows a lack of respect to the interviewee. CLEAR... do better please.
