Fairly straightforward interview, 1st round you meet with an analyst who asks many behavioural and school coursework-related questions. It's expected that you do your due diligence on the company and prepare many meaningful questions in advance.

Describe a time when you had a challenge, and how you went about overcoming it.
The interview process was straightforward and efficient. Communication was clear throughout, with timely updates at each stage. I appreciated the structured format, which allowed me to understand what to expect and prepare accordingly. Overall, the experience was professional, respectful of my time, and gave me a good sense of the role and team.
