They first ask you about yourself and your interests, than they test you legal and language knowledge. The interview is usually conducted with twi partners and it is ver agreable.

Friendly, engaging but standard questions, good firm values. The partner is nice, also met with colleagues, and the HR is professional. The office was under renovating so it had some chemical smells.

The interview process was very simple: after applying for the position, I was invited to a 30 minutes interview with the Dispute Resolution partner and another general partner of the firm, where we discussed both my profile and the requisites of the position.
