      Quality Assurance Interview

      7 Jul 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at COEM in Sept 2012

      Interview

I had a phone interview first, then came in for an office interview with office manager, then spoke to another person on staff, and I observed the office. I took some skills tests, a typing test and excel test. I was then offered the position and started within a week.

      Question 1

Why do you want to work in the medical industry?

WE are pleased you had a positive interview experience. Most people do. It is always up to the candidate to respond well to the questions asked and show what their skill sets are. Obviously you did a good job of that and were offered a position. As to it being a difficult interview, we do put potential employees through a series of interviews, interactions with various staff, tests, and observations in order to give them time to see what the company is like and to give candidates time to show us their best. Some people interview well and others do not. We often give people more than one chance to show us their skill sets. Ultimately we try to pick the best candidates at the time for the position in question. Many times it works out but sometimes it does not. We are glad to worked out, liked what we had to offer, and joined our team! COEM
