I had two interviews a week apart, and the hiring manager was great. There was transparency with the level of interest, and the number of other candidates that were being interviewed.

Briefly talked about my portfolio and the skill sets I have developed through my academic career.

Interview
Met with two associates, both of them were patient and interviewed about my work and portfolio. They took me for an office tour and asked me questions about my design philosophy etc.
