I applied through a recruitment agency. 1st stage: They first invited me to a Teams Meeting with the office director and we talked about my experiences and the company for around an hour. 2nd stage: I went into the office to meet the Team Leaders and talked to them about the available position in more detail while they also talked me through how and where they think I would fit in their team. I got a call through my recruiter confirming they are to offer me the job and they gave very positive feedback. I received the official offer letter not long after that.
