Very standard question with a few members of the team. They stressed that they are a lean company but there is opportunity to grow even if they are sold. Should have had more phone interviews prior to coming into the office because it wasn’t a great fit.
Very intense. Prepare to take a personality test and be interviewed at least four times. Some may be via video, phone, and in person interviews. They do a good job of vetting future employees to make sure they are a good fit.
First, I had a screening call with the recruiter, then a call with the manager, and then met with the team. Overall, the process was really streamlined and everyone was really nice to talk to!
