The interview process was efficient with a 15-minute HR screening followed by a 45-minute technical interview and a real-world business logic task. Both interviewers were friendly and professional throughout.
The technical portion focused on Java SE fundamentals, particularly collections API and multithreading, which felt relevant to the role. I appreciated that the technical interviewer took time to discuss how our tech stacks compared and specifically mentioned how they could leverage my Redis knowledge. This showed genuine interest in finding the right fit rather than just testing knowledge.
The practical business logic task in the third stage gave good insight into the day-to-day work. Overall, it was a positive experience with relevant questions and personable interviewers.
