Applied via Linkedin to an engineering role. I am not a degreed engineer but I have a lot of relevant experience so thought it was worth trying. I understand why I didn't get the job and the interviewer was kind about it.

Question 1
The recruiter, Doug, asked me a number of questions about my experience, education and prior jobs. He was nice and understanding about the industry and what happens in the oil field. The one question that I knew would be an issue was "Have you earned a petroleum engineering degree, or worked in a position with the title of Engineer?"
