They just asked me what experiences I have, when I want to start, my availability. Then they showed me what tasks need to be done daily, where the mail and packages should go, and how to contact them if anything comes up.
One round interview with a panel of staff members. Questions were pretty standard, focused on experience, problem-solving, and how you'd handle various scenarios in the role. Nothing too unexpected. A straightforward process, easy to follow. The team was professional. Didn't end up receiving an offer, but the experience itself was fine.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CSU Long Beach (Long Beach, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
It was so chill. I applied through an email sent to students who qualified for work study in my department. I sent in my application 2 weeks after I got the email since I had honestly forgotten about it but went in for an interview with the manager and got hired on the spot. They want students to have a job especially those getting work study.
