Interview
I received an interview email after I had applied online. I did my research on the company, industry and position. The group presentation began by signing in (that was to set the 1:1 interview time - someone showed an hour early). A person that showed 2 min late was turned away so be sure to show early! The presentation was very professional and the recruiter defined the position and the dedication required to the position (on call 24/7) as well as benefits. The interview was very easy - describe a difficult time you needed to motivate employees, can you work in all weather conditions, lift 83 lbs., how far from the freight yard do you live, any traffic convictions, etc... All you need is a clean record, somewhat physically fit and a can do attitude.

It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

The interview was online, and only involved recording video answers to what you would do in specific scenarios, or times in the past when you worked safely. Things along those lines.

it was simple and fast. they ask you straight forward questions. each question pertains to the job and how you would handle it. they are just making sure you are serious about the job.
