CSX Software Developer interview questions

There was a coding exercise that involved code questions and writing code. After that, there was an in-person interview where they ask mostly behavioral questions and questions about your background.

The recruitment team at CSX seems like they really enjoy wasting their time as well as candidate's time. I applied for a position on their site and was contacted by someone from their HR department to set up a Zoom interview. This went very well, and they stated they wanted to move forward with a technical interview and would contact the team regarding availability and get back to me. Last I heard from them about the position... I emailed twice with no response, just completely ghosted after what THEY considered a very good 1st round interview. They even advised I apply for another software engineer position that was being posted the following day, which I did. On to interview #2 with CSX... Same process as before, emailed and called by a different person in their HR dept to set up an initial Zoom interview. I emailed and called them back to verify interest, and also to ask about what happened to the other position I was supposed to be moved along to round 2 for. Ghosted yet again by CSX. No return call or email. CSX... good luck finding talent with recruiters like these!
