I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CT in Oct 2019
Interview
After applying you are immediately sent a “test” which states “should take about 80 minutes”. From looking at the test it would probably be around 2 hours if done right. I thought to myself, this seems like a broken recruitment process, to immediately blast 2-hour tests to every candidate that apples without even speaking with them first. Its also incredibly arrogant. At the bottom of the test also states, “salary is very critical to our decision” or something along these lines and “please state your salary range”. How are you going to make people do a 2-hour test and then ask them their salary expectations? You need to SCREEN candidates for the BASICS prior to interviewing and sending 2-hour testing. I decided to email the general recruitment inbox with some questions including the salary range for the position because let’s face it, 2 hours is a lot of time to commit to something you know nothing about. I was sent a generic 1-line response from a recruiter saying, “its all up to the hiring manager” and once the test is complete “if you are selected you will be contacted”. I decided not to process because Coalition clearly doesn’t care about the candidate experience, which as a recruiter is something, I value.
I am all for testing, I think it’s a great way to benchmark but you cannot lose the human element that is critical to the candidate experience. Your process seems incredibly broken, or this is a huge scam to test out some testing.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CT (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2023
Interview
the pre-set assessment was fairly simple although it was a bit lengthy. They showed a bunch of different videos and webpages and asked us to identify what's missing/wrong in them. Lastly, they asked to upload a 3 minute video explaining your background, why you applied and why you'll be a good fit
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CT (Tennessee City, TN) in Jul 2023
Interview
I found the interview to be average. They had you look at videos of people interviewing for positions and gave you the requirements for what they were looking for. They had you rate them best to worse and you had to tell them why. This was also done on different websites. Lastly, you had to take a video of yourself and give a small interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want this job? Tell us a little about yourself. With regards to the website examples, they give you the criteria they are looking for. Out of the 5 examples, you rate them the best to worst and tell them why you answered that way. The same is for the pre-recorded interviews. You rate them best to worst. They are pretty obvious. Some have bad lighting and audio, others are short and don't answer the questions they asked.
