I applied online. I interviewed at CT (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2023
Interview
They want you to complete a task and send a video. The position is always open. Looks like they are just harvesting candidates’s data. I don’t think they are a good place to work.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you think you are a good fit for this role?
Make you do extensive skills tests before any sort of communication. During the application process they use language that makes you feel like you're going to miss out on an interview opportunity (which likely won't happen anyway) if you don't complete every OPTIONAL step. For example, when you submit the form with your details they mention that people who complete what's essentially free research for them will be prioritised. Then you continue on to do what could be considered ridiculously lengthy tests for them. They also require a 5 minute video introduction to be sent to them too, so you feel judged before meeting a single person. It's invasive, and who knows if biases will be used against you for silly things like your appearance? They say in the confirmation emails that it will take up to 30 days to review your tests but when you check their tracking system, it gives the actual amount of days which is 30-60.

Question 1
Various tasks on Excel, 5 minute introduction video, and several pages of written questions. Some of which are irrelevant to the workplace such as, "what do you do in your free time?"
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CT (Texarkana) in May 2026
Interview
The process has included completing an application form, answering written questions about my experience and skills, and responding to scenario-based questions designed to assess communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities. I appreciate the opportunity to demonstrate my qualifications through these exercises.

It was okay, pretty standard. Did some skills test when applying, and then a half hour interview months after applying. I think the jobs are constantly open to get applicants then you might be emailed if there's an opening. From what I hear, the attrition rate is pretty high.
