I was contacted by the property manager and scheduled an interview, there was a series of questions and general conversation about myself and where i see myself in the next few years. I was then asked to meet with the Regional Manager and was asked a few more questions and asked about my background and long term goals. It was a very thorough and calm process. I was offered the position later that day and accepted.
