The Managers did read my resume but I felt that they were unprepared to have a conversation or an interview. There was a bit of silence here and there because of it. Since I have loan processing experience, I wish they had asked questions that would show my abilities in loan processing as opposed to standard questions that I will only provide subjective opinions of my own qualities. If you are looking for someone who is dedicated, how do you assess a candidate on that quality? They were looking to hire soon but did not even send a rejection message. The pay is $18/hr.
