Easy, virtual interview with clinical questions. First phone conversation with recruiter. Then the interview then observation in person. Was an easy process. The phone portion answered most of the questions beforehand so you know if you want to proceed.

Call with a recruiter for 30
Minutes then a meeting with manager followed by shadowing an NP. It was for 3 hours and then I had to wait to see if I got a call. It was for a float position

Interview
1)Phone interview with HR , if they like you you move on to... about an 1 hour long
2) Phone interview with upper management. If liked then... 1.5 hours long for me
3) shadow an FNP for 3 hours
