Face to face interview with director of the transit lasting about 35 mins. 3 personal references in writing and verified required. Clean driving record for past 3 yrs. Drug screening. D.O.T. medical card. Union labor (Teamsters local 214) however, not all employees under union contract or required to pay union dues.
