Submit resume and waiting about 2 weeks (with follow up)
After done 1st interview, interviewer said we pass to next interview but CXC staff ignored. Text, Email and call no answer.

normal process but takes time; there were more than 1 interviewers who interviewed me; interviewers were of different nationalities but very clear and direct in their questions. overall interview process is good
