CXL interview questions

The interview didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped. I was interviewed by your team leader, and although I’m eager to learn and start a new career, I felt like I was being looked down on. If the position requires someone with experience, I’m not sure why I was called for the interview, since I clearly stated I have none. Also, I applied for this position, but your team leader suggested I try applying elsewhere. Honestly, I found that quite unprofessional. I expected a more respectful and encouraging experience.

It was good, the interviewers was friendly. I went for 2 interview sessions. Fiest with the HR and the supervisor. The second one with the HOD and manager. The process was smooth. Need to di assesment before the interview session and they revert quite fast.
