Interview
The interview was broken down into three stages. First, I was asked by a PM about my experience and asked to critique the company's existing web presence. It was a welcome challenge. The second step was technical and challenged my programming logic. Many people were involved and a diverse variety of questions were asked, to test my soft skills and improvisation as well.

Interview was normal until the end where they asked me if I were to offer the job right now would you say yes, and demanded an answer, they then told me that I had gotten the job informally and should contact them for a contract, the next day I got a rejection email
