Interview
First was a phone call asking if I wanted to come in for an interview. During the interview, I met with two managers for two different positions, warehouse outfitter and for the maintenance team. Each manager asked area-specific questions and standard questions about work ethic, "how did you react when faced with a hard to reach deadline?" After that I was told that I would get a call back in two weeks (for results to post from the background check and drug test) with a job offer if everything was good to go. I got a call back a week later with an offer, and I accepted.

There were no exceedingly difficult questions. If you have read the job description then it would be plenty of preparation for the interview.

There are about two to three interviews. The training in the beginning is good and some what in depth, depends on your management, how well you are trained.

Can not say, it was basic, mostly just asking about how i would do things, witch i say its hard because you do not know how they do things so trying to get a good answer can somewhat be hard.
