My former manager was a great man and also during the interview process he took the time to show me the department and explain things to me as we went along and then offered me the position and told me that he would make sure that I get the proper training that I needed to succeed in this department.

Question 1
How well do I take to criticism from my co workers and if asked to take the time to train the new employees would I have a problem with that and if I had to work late because my co-workers called out how do I feel about that.

Interview
15-20 minute interview with the manager of the department. Be friendly and be yourself, it doesn't hurt to make them laugh. Following the interview I heard back the next day that they would like me to join the Cabela's team. I went in to take a saliva based drug test and get paperwork. You then come in for orientation and training a few days later.

Experience based questions, they will give you wiggle room if you do not have experience or work history. They questions similar to "Name a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and how you handle it?", or "Name a time you had to work with someone who saw things differently?", and "Tell me about yourself and why you want to work at Cabelas?".
