Cabela's Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

There was a phone screening and an in-person interview. Both were simple and the HR person and the manager who interviewed me were very enthusiastic and kind. They require a background check and a urine analysis once you accept the job offer. With the cashier job you aren't just working the register - every employee is expected to get customers to sign up for the Cabela's credit card. There is a quota to meet for the front end as a whole.

Interview process was good. People were nice. It was two managers sitting in a room at a table across from me. They asked quite a few questions about past employers and times I had to deal with conflict at work. It was a little on the stiff side, almost awkward.
