The first round was all via Skype chat, and I was never sure if I was talking with a robot or a person. The questions all seemed copy and pasted, and the responses never really seemed to have anything to do with my answers. After answering it would be roughly 10min before I got a response, which felt really impersonal off the bat. I ended up withdrawing my application because I already felt like the company didn’t value its people just based off my interview experience alone.
