Interview
Initially you will begin with a phone interview with the HR team. This is to get to know you and your background. The next step were meeting with a project manager and project engineer. They will ask you questions about scenerios and how you handle them. The next step involves meeting with a construction executive and someone in operations that is trying to get to know you and ask about your background.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. She wanted to know if I wanted to travel and if I wanted to go overseas. Also a secret clearance is needed for certain jobs.
