light phone interview asking about some basic golf knowledge then group interview that happened about a week later. The group interview was a quick easy process that was follow up by a background screening. After the check came back clear they were ready to get me in to do 3 different sessions of training for each type of caddying.

Question 1
What the two types of caddys are, number of clubs allowed in a bag for tournament play, normal par for 18 holes, the name of four major PGA tournaments, about former custermer service experience
Interview was straightforward and entailed questions pertaining to the game of golf, rules and customer service experience questions as well. Second phase was an assessment and third phase is a group interview.
