Four steps... Lengthy process drawn out over a month or two ish. call with recruiter first, then an assignment, another interview, then final round which is in person. I did final round with 4 people on the team I'm going to be with.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cadent (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
HR contacted me via LinkedIn for an initial discussion. From there I came in to meet the team based in NY the following week. The team went over my background, and asked behavorial questions. I had one last phone call wit the the team lead who is based in Los Angeles.
HR let me know to expect a response the following week. As promised, I got a call from HR the next week, and they let me know they were extending an offer.
