it was a detailed one,taken by a very experienced manager. taken in 2 rounds on different days.
it was a face to face interview.the board consisted of 2 persons one of director level and one of senior manager level.

about basics of operation management, some questions about technical things like stats,quality and also organisational factors like working in multicultural team etc. all over it was a complete check process to examine the candidate for working in multicultural environment.
