Face to face interview but felt friendly and relaxed. I was interviewed by the direct line manager, their manager and Head of service which could have felt overwhelming, but was made to feel at ease. I was asked a set of about 10 structured questions that had been pre-agreed so believe all candidates were asked the same questions.
